    The future of fashion
The future of fashion lies in sustainability as the hidden costs of consumption that affect global environment and poorer communities can not be ignored.
Minimalism as a philosophy of buying less and more intentionally is becoming an increasingly mainstream lifestyle in first-world consumer societies. These changes in consumer behavior raise opportunities for high-end luxury fashion brands and small labels that produce on-demand.
The future will depend on the innovation and promotion of sustainable natural fiber materials. Plastic microfibers from fabrics like polyester enter the ecosystem by washing textiles with consequences on the animal and human organism. The future lies in innovation of sustainable as well as durable natural fibers with low environmental impact in production.
With the increased awareness of buyers for global manufacturing processes and sustainability, production conditions and integrity of the brand will increasingly factor into consumers’ purchase decisions.

    The future of retail
Apart from e- commerce, the future will see brick and mortar stores become increasingly designed experiences in themed commercial landscapes. Heritage, history and nostalgia in marketing will play a meaningful role.
The current trends in personalization and customization in high- end fashion add individuality and personal value that extend the longevity of a piece.
Data analysis will become more important to provide customers with a better and more personalized choice of products.

    On style

Style is a form of communication, expressing your personality and tastes through fashion.

The future of fashion is subverting characteristics from previous time-periods and making this revolutionary in a cheap, sustainable and ethical way.

The future of retail is successfully increasing when the business maintains the authentic identity to the products.

Style from my point of view means freedom of expression whether that is personally, culturally, socially and/or politically.

1)The future of fashion is the capability to differentiate from the other and create something which is unique, offering models of behavior, thinking and acting that are healthy and proactive for the younger generation and for society in general.
Sustainability is the perfect example of what I am saying: a model behavior which is already impacting society in the fight against climate change.
2)The future of retail is omni-channeling which guarantees the reaching of a broader audience and a more efficient customer experience.
3)Style from my point of view means the expression of your inner person .

The future of fashion is sustainability. Fashion needs its materials to have quality, lasting for a long period of time, disregarding its monetary price.

The future of retail is going to be based online, where physical stores will be points of experiences.

Style from my point of view means a representation of who you really are. Fashion helps you create your own voice, and differentiate yourself from other people.

-The future of fashion is a deeper connection between innovation and history; pushing the boundaries of technology to find new and sustainable fabrics but still keeping an eye on and learning from old ways of creating, in order to avoid falling into a (too) extreme and abstract vision of fashion (which imo won’t last).
-The future of retail is either a complete absence of interaction between vendor and buyer (e-commerce at its finest) or a negotiation completely based on the interaction between the two parts, much more than it is now, where the costumer will have a central role in the making of the product.
-Style from my point of view means being confident in what you’re wearing; we’ve seen hundreds of people dressed not in a “conventional” way or not following the trend of the moment, but as long as you feel comfortable and confident you got your styles, it shows and you’ll end up looking good.

“ The future of fashion is… unpredictable, yet endless, especially due to the instant sharable facture of social media. ”

“ The future of retail is… digital, customer-oriented and immersive.”

“ Style from my point of view means… expression; of oneself, one’s culture or feelings through the garments one actively chooses to wear.”

The future of fashion is imperative, we all need fashion, some people that say they don’t, do, they just don’t know that they do, it is an aspect in all of our lives which makes it a huge business and that huge business is having a terrible effect on the planet. The future of fashion needs to become greener and work on being sustainable and have less of a negative impact on the planet. I think a lot of businesses are starting to do this now and which is what is needed.

The future of retail is bright! I think the future will have a majority of online retailers as it is so convenient and a great way to shop for certain things but I think that the high street is here to stay and there are so many people that love to browse around shops and see the products. I think it needs to become more sustainable and work towards producing less waste, I think that is the current main issue facing the industry now.

Style from my point of view means…being an individual, sculpting your own individual style out of what you love regardless of other peoples ideals and opinions. Being unique and confident is incredibly stylish. I follow a man on instagram who dresses in Georgian attire all of the time, and I just admire him so much! Rather than follow the ‘norm’ and wear what his friends are wearing he has chosen to follow his heart and be bold and true to what he believes in. He has no doubt faced some criticism but it has not stopped him.

The future of fashion is taking the track of a new area. Now, fashion is moving faster and faster, so as Thom Browne said: “Creativity will be more appreciated and people will be hungry for originality and pure design. Because fashion is experiencing the most important transition in its history.

The futur of retail is way bigger that retail. Since the new consumer always want more, retail needs to adapt itself.

Style from my point of view means being able to to express a part of us, our taste, and our values through clothing.

The future of retail is – Creating hedonic touchpoints for every generation of consumers. Creating consumer experiences that can help not only increasing the footfall in the physical retail stores but it also shows that the brand ‘cares’.

Style from my point of view means anything that makes you feel confident. Could be an entire attire or could simply be a watch with a dress.

    – The future of retail is… technological with an active relationship between the brand (which will become more and more humanized) and the consumer.
    – Style from my point of view means… an artistic expression which is related with who we are. It is the freedom to be who we want

The future of fashion is sustainability, diversity and responsibility. With the increasing amount of pollution, waste and energy intensive production of new clothing, sustainability is a big factor that the industry is considering, making changes to the way the products are made and taking responsibility for their actions. Also making garments/accessories genderless, I feel that this is a great step forward in creating clothing lines which are more inclusive so more customers would purchase the item.

The future of retail is going to have more connection to the customer, bringing the individuality to the products. Making the shopping a whole experience within itself. If they have a positive experience, then they are more likely to return and encourage other potential customers to go. Its not just about going and buying the items, its much greater than that, they feel part of a community.

Style from my point of view is expressing yourself. Its an extension of yourself and what other people view. It’s the first impression people are going to have, and it can also give you confidence to be whoever you would like to be.
